Shipping Information
Every Flossy order is handmade with care—please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping.
Return Policy
🔸 Non-personalised, full-priced jewellery can be returned within 14 business days, minus shipping costs.
🔸 Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
🔸 Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
🔸 Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Flossy Store reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy.
Tarnishing is not considered a defect—exposure to chemicals, water, and everyday wear can naturally affect jewellery over time. See our Jewellery Care Guide for tips on keeping your pieces flawless.
Jewellery Warranty
Flossy jewellery comes with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects—this does not include damage from improper care or normal wear and tear.
Faulty Items & Repairs
🔹 If you receive a faulty item, contact us immediately.
🔹 Natural wear and tear, tarnishing, and exposure to moisture/chemicals are not considered faults.
🔹 Repairs are available on a case-by-case basis—email us with details for an assessment.
